Think i might have found the issue. I am only getting 12 volts at key switch when turned on. I traced wiring back to a small (looks like a resistor) mounted between main contactors. I have 24 volts on one side and am only getting 12 volts on the other. I assume the truck should be 24 volt throughout the system. Now the fun part , trying to locate the part.

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
