Hi, i recently started working on 2 yale mpb045gn walkie units. they had been sitting for a few years with no batteries in them. i installed some new batteries, and when i power the trucks up they both exhibit the same symptoms, the horn blows as soon as you key it, and on one unit nothing functions, and the 2nd unit it runs the lift pump regardless if i push lift or lower buttons. the chargers on each truck also dont turn on, and just flash the leds on the plugin port.

my thought is the programing for the control head cards is no longer there, but i wasnt able able to get the cards to respond to programing or learning by moving the jumper. one of them eventually displayed a flt30106 code. im stumped at this point. any ideas? thank you
