Thank you for the response. I checked the voltage at access 2 first thing this morning and it was quite a bit lower voltage than the battery voltage, like around 13V. I placed it on the charger currently to make sure it has a full charge and the water level is full, but I will verify the reading once it completes charge. I will look at the pump contactor as well.
