I have what I think is a G83P040 Yale forklift based on the previous discussion here.
I don't know the engine, but the block is 2806830-8.
The starter has a bunch of numbers, but none make sense nor can be cross-referenced. What I see is the following: 11388, 11664, 3A87, 11589, II129, 3A85, 11699, 1152, 1114, 1194A, 11458

Something fell on the starter solenoid while the engine was running and granated the Bendix gear.

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
