We are experiencing the same problem with the same model number of electric Jack, however, having a very hard time sourcing an alternate battery charger since ours is so outdated. Any suggestions?

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
