ok this MIL reading thing is a bit different than the other systems but it works on the same principle...
but according to the code reading diagram the 10 flashes indicates a 0, single flash indicates a 1, 10 more flashes indicates a 0, two flashes indicates 2, then the following 10 flashes indicates the end of the code.
So the code it is displaying is P0102, this is indicating a faulty Mass Air Flow sensor signal. 'mass air flow sensor low input' (open).
Check the wiring and any fuses that may be blown, corroded connections at the connectors etc. If all else checks ok then the MAF is bad and should be replaced.
