Brought lift in for basic PM. Replaced parking Brake cables while it was in.
Went to pull it back out of the shop and it doen't want to move.

Wheels spin by hand fine
Tried adjusting inching brake position thinking that was the issue
We can hear the Solenoids click when we put it in gear.
Fluid level is good and clean

Any other ideas? At a loss where to go from here.
