You need to go into the dash display and look for fork height after you find fork height hit horn button this will show you the fork height when truck restarts as you lift you can watch to see if encoder is counting correctly if not remove from pulley it is held in with Allen set screws and see if you can manually turn the encoder to see approx 2 in display if counting off replace with new to install just go back in dash and do the same when you manulley turn to see about 2 for fork height reinstall in top pulley and tighten and watch as you go up to make sure it is working but you must go into program to do this
