Hello, good morning. I have a Pallet jack B827N44658J( serial #), that has error code AL 11, this lift was dropped off the back of a truck from a liftgate at full height, so there are obvious issues with that, but i have resolved all the other physical issues with the lift and now that i was finally able to power on the lift, it has an error code of AL 11, i don't have access to the service information where we are due to dealership rules with us, but i really need to know where to go with this, I have a feeling that the controller has an internal fault after being dropped from such a height, ive solved this before but had the information to follow the diagnosis process! Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
