Thanks for the reply!

-Yes it mounts in the dash.
-Yes it has the 3 pin triangle connector under the dash.
-Maybe the year is not correct. Just went by what the guy told me.

So I went ahead and bought a CANBUS to USB device from Ebay, it came with the triangle connector. Loaded the drivers, set up the connection in the app on the PC. Ran a test with the app that came with the unit. Sent some radon data, while the unit was NOT connected to anything. The LED lights came on so I assume it "works".

I got my hands on a Yale PC tool 4.88. When I try and connect the lift to the PC it will not connect. My CANBUS unit is listed in the drop-down for Vendor and Device. But no matter what Unit Code I select it will not connect.

So I found out the 207 is "lift disabled". I wanted the CANBUS to access the battery setting and see the password for the in-dash programming. Searched the web high and low to get the OEM default pass for the dash. Turns out it is 55555. So I turned off the 207 in the settings.

But now, I still do not comprehend the Battery setting. And I cannot find ANY info on it anywhere. And I still have no connection via CANBUS.

Please let me know if you have any advice for me on this!

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
