I drive a 2017 Donkey Forklift for work. About 3 months ago the bolt that holds the tilt cylinder to the body of the fork lift snapped on the left side. We fixed it, then today when I was lifting an empty box (about 500 lbs) the right bolt sheered clean off. What may be causing this and how do we stop it from happening again?
