Not sure if I should post here or start a new one. I have a C20B - looks the same as this. The driveshaft seal is leaking - red fluid in both sides of this assembly. I've pulled the whole assembly out and see the seal behind a plate with four studs. Can't seem to get the plate loose. Is it just a cover plate or is it a capsule holding seal + bearings? I think I can pull it with an internal puller w/ slide hammer. ANyone been in that far? Is there another way to get that plate loose?

Fact of the week
At the opening ceremony of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 1932, marching bands were instructed to walk out of step as they crossed the bridge. This unusual directive was given as a precaution due to concerns about the bridge's structural integrity during its early use.
