Hi Guys,

We have a Linde E14-02 S/N H2X335L01555 with a loss of hydraulics - no lift, no tilt and no sideshift (not that it has a side shift carriage fitted, but does have a lever). The power steering works fine as does drive in both directions. The tilt did work for a while, but has now also dissapeared, but we have never had lift.

Truck is currently plugged into a battery (50.2 volts) independent of the machine (so no possible leak off) and the battery discharge meter reads full.

If we plug into the lift circuit, we get fault codes 35, 36, 37 & 38 which all relate to the levers. The lift and tilt levers calibrate ok and drop to the required 0% neutral setting on the hand set.

Voltage to levers measures 14.3 volts across 2X3:1 - 2X3:6.

We've checked continuity between plugs:pins 2X1:10 - 2X3:2 and have continuity 0.03 ohms. and between 2X1:11 - 2X3:4 0.03 ohms.

With lever at netural position, voltage at pin 2X1:10 = 7.2 volts and same for 2X1:11.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this machine (so we can self help) or alternatively any suggestions.

As always, any help would be massively appreciated.

Fact of the week
In May 2023, a Belgian Malinois named Wilson played a key role in the rescue of four children lost in the Amazon jungle. The young children were missing for 40 days after a plane crash that killed their mother and other adults. Wilson tracked the children's footprints, leading the military to their location.
