Check all fuses in front of the battery, in the PDM. Remove top cover of the steer column, unplug display and check for battery voltage on the red wire. If all fuses are good and you have voltage, suspect display has failed. Does not happen often, once in a while. Do not move display from one truck to another as they are serial number specific.
