I have contacted Genie and am awaiting a reply.
I do seem to have a strange problem with our GR-15.
When it is switched to ground controls the platform raises and lowers correctly.
When it is switched to Platform controls and switched to drive the machine drives forwards and backwards and steers correctly.
But when it is switched to Platform controls and switched to lift position, the top alarm on the base unit sounds constantly and when you try to lift the platform the unit drives backwards.
