In regards to the new article on flex hire I am curious if anyone knows how they address the residual when a unit is returned after 1 year, or does the dealer simply stomach the cost of the truck? Unless monthly rates are high enough to pay of the unit within 1 year this will be hard to compete with unless you have very deep pockets able to withstand the loss. Just wondering if anyone has more details, is doing anything similar etc.
