I found that sometimes I had to use manual from different but similar models to get the info I needed. If your unit was used in the military, this link has a ton of free manuals for Baker. Hope it helps

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
