I just purchased an older forklift (seems to function fine for what I need) but want to learn more about it. There are no labels or tags anywhere I could find. A loose tag was caught in the hood hinge that has the following.

79 8 551A

Does this go with a 70s hard tire forklift? It has a 4 cyl engine with 5R on the valvecover.

any information is helpful, it has a few leaks that I need to address, hopefully not too expensive.
