thank you so much for the reply, and no it is a used one, I removed the suction side and lucky I took a radiator hose filled it up with fluid and bumped the motor, it sucked it down, put it back together and pulled the handle back, took about 2 seconds then it picked it up,, if it ever does it again, I will thy to take the pressure side loose, Thanks again
