I came across this post when I had a PC4500 come in with the same event code. We have both TR4500 and PC4500 at our warehouse and both have the same set of event codes.

Code 132 is not in the manual as stated above. After finding this post, I started by checking the brakes, updating the software as the person in the post above me did. Still got event code 132. So I trouble shot further I found a pinched wire under the floorboard of the machine. It was pinched enough that there was an exposed green wire which was grounding out against the frame. This wiring goes to the Deadman switch circuit. New deadman switch assembly comes with the needed wiring harness so I installed a new deadman switch assembly and event code 132 no longer appears. Truck runs fine now.

Hope this helps anybody who is reading this.
