The only way I can get the truck to start is to pull off the fuel hose from the DEPR. I've already changed the regulator, the lockoff, and the DEPR. Truck continues to build fuel pressure.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
