The Toyota Service Manual wants the idle up speed to be adjusted to 1250 rpm. I see a diaphragm valve operating this feature on my lift truck. Is this the same as the cold start elevated idle on carbureted cars?
The truck has a 4Y dual fuel engine, now operated on propane.
