I have a 7FGU15 Toyota with a 4-Y and the Assian l/p gas in the shop it came in with high emission levels after inspecting unit found the radiator tank was split and it had ran hot the head could not be resurfaced installed new head tstat and other cooling parts tuned up engine cap rotor plugs and wires replaced the l/p gas regulator as it was full of the odder producing oil

My problem is it runs very well at throttle but runs very rough at idle and I can not get any adjustment on the l/p gas regulator I mean the adjustment screw can be turned in any direction but it does not effect the running at these adjustments are usually very sensitive also replaced the vacuum sensor and the carburetor I have not replaced the l/p injector in the carburetor oh yea I can clamp off the vacuum line coming from the l/p gas injector and the other vacuum line that comes out of the case resonator and it idles fine

Any help would be greatly appreciated
