The lift worked just fine but leaked do to age. Replace the worn out throttle actuator using factory parts. Removed and resealed the pilot control valve. Now the machine acts like the pump will not produce a standby pressure to run the hydraulics. If I use the steering it will raise the engine RPM and the hydraulics are back. as long as I move the lift pilot valve the engine rpm stay elevated. If I put the forks on the ground in a service position and wait till the engine goes to a resting idle(3 sec or so) the hydraulics no longer work. Any suggestions.
