Have a customer with a fleet of RREs and a few 8 series counterbalance just to make it even worse. The RREs are very troublesome machines compared to the older 5 and 6 series and other brands. Dealer technical knowledge is poor and response time to trucks under warranty outrageously bad.
I've helped one of the head tech guys in Europe numerous times with technical issues on other brands and when I look for support they usually have to go back to R&D group for answers which doesn't inspire much confidence.
