Ok so I was originally getting a 303 code. I figured that out. It was a bad charge on the battery. Now I am getting a pulsing reverse action. Forward works fine. I have pulled travel contactors and checked. I found no issues with them. I am only reading about 15 ohms on the coils though. I have checked all this with three different batteries all with the same results. Any Ideas?
