Had two Redmond Tech in today and spent the whole day and couldn't figure out why it was running slow. No error code. The only thing they said was they noticed the tractor board was replaced by someone in the past and need to send it back Redmond to be re-programmed before they can do anything further.
One thing worth mention is this picker was on a open trailer for transport and probably went thru some heavy rain. Wondering maybe it damaged the circuit board? The tech said the board is dry, but don't know if they check the other circuit boards such as the messenger board.
Can someone help to shed some light?
