I have a Cat T30D, SN 5GB02513 that will crank but not start. It is getting fuel into the regulator but not out of it. I have already replaced the regulator, once there weeks ago, and then again today. I can get it to start if I prime the regulator. But once the engine is shut off, it will not start again. Any help is greatly appreciated.
