We have a crown SP3020-30 that was having problems with the display module. You would turn the key and just 2 little green lights would come on the board no POST beep. We replaced the display module with 1 we found on the internet. It now turns on beeps a single time for POST, but it says manual and has the service wrench lit up. We still have the ability to raise and lower the unit but we can't drive or turn the unit. If you start it up with your foot on the deadman switch you will hear the break disengage but immediately reengage. If you start it without the switch engaged it will not even try to disengage. I can't seem to figure out how to find any error codes as all it does is show me the manual message. If I click the information button I get info that says c1 - 423 and it counts up to c15 - 423. From looking at an incomplete service manual that says its a problem with the guidance system. We don't have a wire guidance system on this orderpicker and never did.

Now we replaced the display module with a new 1 but the only difference was after the serial number on the original is say Rev G which the new 1 doesn't and I couldn't find 1 that did. Any thoughts?

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
