Hi Leo
There are to many variables to give you what you are looking for. The width of the tire, the type of tire solid or pneumatic, if it is on an electric lift truck or on an internal combustion truck. Is the rim used as part of the brake system or part of the drive system.
in general a 10" (25mm) tire can weigh from 50lbs (22Kg) to 150lbs (67Kg)
a 15" (37+mm) rim can weigh from 75lb (33Kg) to 220lb (100Kg)
I hope this helps.
