Here in the US there are lawyers waiting in line to tell employers to eat sand. don't care for lawyers too much but who is lower, someone you have been loyal to for all those years or lawyers. Look in the phone book or google. A really good lawyer is the key. Take your time and do research. There is nothing in my book lower than an employer that takes advantage of somebodies misfortune.
