YouTube some plastic repair videos and you'll save the money if you can fix what you have.
As far as the rest of the parts you can only go so far with a rework station for cards and such.
There are some aftermarket parts for these trucks but sometimes they cost more than dealer as they buy from dealer then sell to you.
