Needing help with an older Komatsu FG15C-14 PLEASE

I can't find any of the parts I need. I am almost certain that it is called steering gearbox assembly. In the side of the part are the numbers 87y2912-2 nothing more.

Here is the issue, I have hyd fluid burping out of a small hole on the steering wheel just below the dash every time I start the forklift. I am able to find part number of many other machines but not the one I have.
Plate info:
MOdel FG15C14
TYpe :G
SERIAL # 127174a

If anyone out there can help me I would appreciate it. I am fully capable of rebuilding it if I had the correct kit or replacing it if someone is able to help me find the right part thanks a million for reading I hope you can help!
