Steinbock Boss JE10-30MK error codes H10, F12

Hello, guys
We have a forklift Steinbock JE10-MK30. After turning on the display indicates errors H10 & F12. Do you have any idea, what's wrong with it?

Thank you for your answer. In the beginning appeared error code f13, but after turning off/turning on, became normal. We found drips oil from pump. The motor was full of mud. So we bought new oil pump and cleaned the motor.
Now we have two error codes: H10 & F12
Relay battery and energy switch look OK.
