I have a walkie stacker Model MSW030LEN24TV092 that is not lowering the forks, everything else is working fine. when I press the lower bottom it makes a click like it is sending the signal but nothing is happening. battery voltage is okay and I checked the wires continuity from controller to the solenoid valve and they are okay.
Also, I'm not receiving any voltage @ the solenoid valve.
I installed an external power supply to feed the solenoid valve and it is working fine.
Any suggestions?

Hey Pete, I swapped the lower and lift switches and lower switch is working fine at lift side. Thank you! Any other suggestion?

Also this unit has another set of switches for lowering and lifting the forks and it is not lowering the forks either. So one set of switches are proportional and the other ones are just regular switches.
do you think that the problem is the controller?

Swap the lift lower coils connections over , will verify control circuit.
