RELEASE WASHER BUTTON

I have a forklift that is showing sometimes RELEASE WASHER BUTTON on the LCD screen but this forklift do not have this function.
This message do not let the forklift start.
Any idea what is causing this issue?

It thinks that the screen washer button is pressed at start up, most likely to be the dash at fault.
