REDUCTION SPEED

i have a brand new forklift ,as soon as you drive he doesn't change gear.i have replaced the brake master cylinder,bleed the brake system but still doesnt change gear.

There is a trick to bleeding the brakes on these FT Hysters, but like bbforks, what does "doesn't change gear" mean? No forward / reverse? No shifting between low and high? If it is a brand new lift, call the hyster dealer, should be warranty?
