Reach Truck stops all functions

Yale NR40AENS

every so often this unit up and quits operating while driving, no forward or reverse no lift or reach. motors all quit working, only way to stop it is release dead man peddle. no error codes showing up. all wires appear intact. once key is cycled unit runs as required. battery tested great.

Seems as though you might have a few bad switches.
Perform Ohms test for Key switch, Deadman Switch and Brake Switch.
If any of these switches have more than 1 Ohm of resistance, then install new switches.
Also, test the battery volts while Lift Motor or Steer Motor is energized.
