Hi All!
My 2 reach tracks Yale MR16H (one of s/n is С849ТО4283Е 2001 year) stopped with alarms:
ALARMS..URS NUM NTC MOD
CAN BUS KO VALVE 3339 29 21 16
HEIGHT ENC. ERROR 3338 01 17 01
CAN BUS KO VALVE 3338 02 23 01
LOGIC FAILURE.4 3338 01 21 02

If anyone can help with understanding the reasons

I check the harness out to the reach carriage at every visit to these trucks either hyster or Yale version. Had one drive me round the bend once. IT was throwing codes relateing to the steering.cable was damaged by a piece of pallet wood trapped underneath.cheers

At the moment I would delete these codes of the error log and see what comes back, my thoughts are that the problem is more likely to be the canbus as it has registered on 3 occasions on the last occasion 29 times, delete the error codes see what comes back when you try the truck and take it from there. I've had MR trucks do well over 5000 hrs and never experienced a failure in the reach harness.
