Hi,

..is there more things to consider about 303 beyond what I have written in this post?

Thanks, I think the problem might be the batt connector on the lift. I repaired the connector coming off the batt as it had bare wire exposed and was arcing and getting hot enough to melt the connector body slightly. Could have caused damage on the other side.

I have never had to replace one on an RC5000 series. For me most Crown controllers have been pretty reliable. The only ones I have had multi issues with are SP steer controllers and PE SEVCON's

If your voltage is good maybe swap it with another truck before ordering one (If that is an available option). I would double check battery & water level if voltages are low. Check for bleed off to the chassis too...

309 is access 3 cap not charging after power up...

Check voltage at access 3 B+ and B- with key on (powered up and both pedals depressed)

If 35-38VDC R&R access 3

If less than 35VDC refer to code 303 procedures. If you get to this point you need the manual. full page of T-shooting steps.

Check your battery condition!
