Raymond Easi - Code 23

Hello,
We have had this problem 2-3 times before with the same customer on different units. Customer swears they are using the truck normaly...........I don't believe them. What would cause the Q1 and Power cards to fail?
Pushing loads? Going up and down ramps? or is it normal for them to fail??The old song and dance.......the blame game

raymond had tons of trouble with code 23,26,2f. make sure All your motors have no grounds or shorts, the snubber circut on the heat sink is working, crappy batterys are a big cause of problems as well. make sure your firmware is the latest greatest version(i think 5.2 was best). some of the early system and power cards were poor, and failed around 3000 hours. when they sold you a new card the updates were done. weak rec 1 and rec 2 cause havoc on the regen and should be checked regularly. ramps dont seem to be a big problem for the reach trucks, but the order pickers will blow smoke pretty quick if drive motoe is stalled, or run up a long ramp.....my 2 cents
