random no fire on cylinder 2

I was brought this lift after the timing belt had broke. It has the 4G64. I replaced the front cover seals, oil pump gear, tensioner, timing belt, cap, rotor and tested the coil.
the forklift starts, but cylinder 2 randomly does not fire. when it does, it runs great. I confirmed the engine is in time. I retested all the plug wires and confirmed the spark plugs are gapped properly.
I tried swapping the tone ring sensor with another with no change.
Another shop looked at the unit and said the tone ring looked slightly bent and that may cause the misfire.
Any help is appreciated!

we had same problem it was ecm bad replaced ecm runs fine
