Quick question

I have a 8410 triple pallet rider. An associate had recently busted back up and coast buttons on it. We got a new control panel for the arm. Upon instillation it doesnt start up like it would normally. Just different codes pop up on the digital read out. Do we need to have a Raymond Tech come out and flash the system with us putting the new control panel on the arm?

If you replace the control card in the control head, you will need to have Raymond software to program the card and possibly the amplifier if it needs updated software. So yes, Raymond will have to do this.
