Aisle-Master 20SHE:
PROBLEM WITH LOAD MOMENT INDICATOR

Good morning dear,

I have Aisle-Master truck fitted with a scale and in the display, I am getting 2 green dots indicating the percentage of the weight on the forks although the truck is not handling any load, Please help.

zero the scale.
I'm sure combilift may be able to help but the mfg of the scale should have supplied a manual for that scale, if not you can contact them also.
Most scale's have a zero button or in some cases it may require a re-calibration as was suggested which would be included in the operators manual.
Do you have a brand and model number of the scale?
Maybe we can figure this out on here so others will know also :o)

Hi Isa,
The Combilift team can help you with this, it seems like it needs re-calibration. If you can access to the Combilift web page, scroll to the bottom and select Technical Support or click on the "were online" bit and they will point you in the right direction.
