A new reader from the small country Aruba (near Venezuela) needs this Raymond Part. I have photos.
Where is the nearest parts supply?
Any help appreciated.

Contact the raymond dealer network with the mod and ser# of the unit. All of the contact info should be on this website. Keep in mind that if this does not solve the problem there is no return allowed on any electronic parts. I would highly advise to contact the dealer network , find out who the dealer for that area ,set up some kind of a service agreement. They have a world wide network.
