Discussion:
Pallet truck shows code 346, will not drive

The pallet truck will not drive or lift. Code 346 reads for a "DC bus charging timeout" problem, but the current battery on this pallet truck is able to properly power another pallet truck. Strangely, after picking the pallet truck up with a forklift to re-locate it, the pallet truck started temporarily working again. However, there still must be an underlying problem.

I appreciate it man, thanks for the promptness in your reply, that's what I assumed you were referencing, the dude who trained me always referred to it as a solenoid switch I guess it just stuck with me. Thanks again

The lift solenoid is round and has 4 terminals, mounted to the lift motor

When you say lift solenoid do you mean the solenoid valve or solenoid switch?

I agree with Yidneck. The common "get me by" is to give the lift sol a whack to unstick the contacts. I would replace it. It will most likely happen again soon.

It's all just nuts n' bolts.
You probably have a welded lift solonoid that was temporarily repaired when hitting the machine when lifting. Replace the lift solonoid.

Dreamt I was fixing a machine, then came the paperwork and it turned into a nightmare.

Goldfish are opportunistic feeders that have no stomach and lack that natural "fullness" signal. This means they will eat constantly if food is available, leading to serious health issues such as blocked intestines and obesity from overfeeding.
