Unicarriers (& Nissan) MCPL02A25LV:
overfuelling when cold

hi anyone out there who can help with hard start and overfuelling when cold and gas regulator freezing,fitted a new gas regulator repair kit but struggling to get the starting and freezing sorted, engine runs beautiful when hot. I have no access to diagnostic equipment for this truck in my area.
