Only 1.7v to key switch all fuses tested ok. Truck Died while driving.

Looking for information on this E80Z S/N Prefix D098N 48v customer was using this truck when it died. Only have 1.7 volts to the key switch. No display, no horn, no lights, Have 51.9v to fuse and out of fuse. All other fuses are good. Unit is down. Tried a Reman controller from TVH but still no luck.
