Amen, these unit are junk. We bought a few back in 2018 and have regretted ever sense. Stay the **** away from them

We have an FD2200, please do yourself a favor and go buy a Toyota. These are junk and Octane offers no support. Deutz hasn't been great either.

It's been a nightmare and Octane is no help. Stay far away from them is my advice.

Octane, Viper, Cobra are all the same units in different colours made by Good Sense in China.

they claim "serviceable by any dealer in USA" - we for one do not touch them as we unfortunately learnt the hard way. The customers in my market that have bought one of these private label brands all hate them and wish they never bought it....live and learn I guess.
