Has anyone used these guys? We need the Jungheinrich software and workshop manuals for an ETVQ20 multi way reach truck and they are coming up on Google as sellers of all sorts of software and manuals.

I always say be very careful of anyone selling software cheap as software is protected by copy right laws and anyone using or selling such software are breaking the law and engineers using this kind of software is also leaving them selves wide open to prosecution.
Of course no one will say anything until theres an accident then the customer will look for whos liable and the answer will always be the last person who worked on that machine without the proper knowledge or training..
